The On My Grind Origin Story
Our story begins in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The year: 2012.
As a junior attending the University of Michigan, an entrepreneurial artist named Becca took a drag of her sorority sister's joint and thought, "Where are all the super cute smoking accessories for us girlies?!"
Spoiler Alert: There were none.
After failing to find any with the particular pizzaz that spoke to her glamorous style sensibilities, she decided to make them herself...literally!
One rhinestone at a time, Becca created grinders, bongs, and lighters that she'd go on to sell in local head shops, at various popup events, and on her very own website.
It didn't take long for local and celebrity stoners alike to start falling in love with her colorful bedazzled creations.
Snoop Dogg, Angus Cloud, and Chanel West Coast are just a few of the lucky cannabis connoisseurs who count a custom On My Grind piece as part of their smoking accessory collection.
Flash Forward To 2024
Finally it was time to bring On My Grind to the masses.
So Becca sought out the perfect team of artists to bring her designs to life at scale.
Together, they developed custom-colored products covered in matching rhinestones, each of which are carefully placed by hand to ensure quality craftsmanship every time.
